A Bit of New Orleans
When I discovered this refreshing Grilled Shrimp Gumbo Salad, I fell in love. I love everything in it from the okra (gumbo) to the heirloom tomatoes and shrimp, and I think you will too.
Its Cajun spices make it a great opening for the ever popular Muffuletta, distinguished by the tasty olive salad mixture. A great change up for an easy gourmet dinner. We will make some homemade potato chips for a side, and share a glass of wine for fun. Then end it all with another New Orleans tradition – Bananas Foster.
