A Provencal Dinner
Ratatouille is one of the three most famous dishes of Provencal cuisine, made famous even further by the little rat and movie with the same name. With it’s wide array of flavors it goes with most anything or can be a delicious stand alone dinner. In this class we will learn to make this wonderful dish with a beautiful presentation. Packed with a variety of vegetables, it’s the perfect meal after a day at the farmer’s market.
To compliment this great dish are some tasty Lamb Chops pan seared with some herb butter, both complimented with some, who knew it was so easy, simple couscous. Lamb may have a bold flavor, so will work nicely with the equally bold Ratatouille. And, of course, we will pair it with a nice wine to enjoy for dinner.
To finish it all off, and keep CertiPIEd*, we will put together some tangy Lemon Curd Fruit Tarts, sure to please everyone.
