Next to the Bride and Groom, it is the most remembered element by your guests.  Prepared fresh onsite from scratch, our menus are delightful and customizable to fit your style and spending plan.  Included in our value-packed Inclusive Plans, catering is just one of the fantastic pieces we provide for you to make your wedding day or event unforgettable.  Whether you are dreaming of an intimate romantic event or an Extravagant luxury affair, we work with you one-on-one, listening to your desires and understanding your budget to create the dream wedding that is uniquely yours.

View More: http://brandonhillstories.pass.us/noah-and-mayaWhile we may not go with you to pick out your dress, we are definitely much more than just “day-of.”  We help you with your design, timeline,  set up, and much, much more.  Design and decorating include all of your customized florals, linens, dinnerware, coordinating with your outside professionals, etc.  Do you have some creative ideas for your decor?  “Leslie is very good at interpreting what you want.”  With a passion for flowers and many years of experience, you will be amazed at the quality of florals and design she will create for you.

Designed to simplify and make the planning process easy and enjoyable for you, Thistlewood Inclusive Plans are Extraordinary, convenient, and a fantastic value.  Our pricing is simple.  While there are extra options, there are no added fees or service charges.  Our plans are mostly per person, so it is easy to calculate.  Just add the venue rental, your Plan, bar* (if using), and tax.  We can also recommend some truly awesome photographers, DJ/entertainers, and cake bakers to finish off your list!

And to top it all off, you will enjoy some fresh baked scones and muffins with mimosas for you and your girls while getting ready in our gorgeous bride’s suite.  Remember, you have the venue all day!!  (10Am-midnight)

Simple Elegance Plan

Our most popular and best value Inclusive Plan – This is for the busy bride wanting to keep things simple and convenient for herself, yet have an elegant and lovely wedding. Just add your unique style, and we can help you create your dream wedding within your spending plan. With so much of the details taken care of in-house, this is an excellent value for only $72 per person! ($78 for guest counts under 75). In addition to all of the amenities included with the Venue rental,  Simple Elegance adds:

    • Onsite Coordinator: assistance with table layouts, timeline & onsite day-of coordination
    • Complete Setup – tables, chairs, and ceremony and reception décor according to your plan
    • Delicious meal from our standard menu choices
    • White china dinnerware, elegant flatware, and glassware, including cake plates
    • Tea and coffee, all fresh brewed
    • Staff to implement your dining plan – either buffet or family style
    •  Meals for up to 5 of your wedding professionals, i.e. photographer, DJ, etc.
    • Cake Cutting Service, with utensils and white cake plates and forks
    • Customized and color coordinated standard Florals
    • Floor length ivory or choice of color poly linens with matching cloth napkins, with standard fold (other upgrades are available)
    • Access to our inventory of décor items: votives, mini chandeliers, lanterns, candelabras, antique silver pieces, vases, etc.
    • Use of our outdoor arbor, and or PVC stand, for indoors at no extra charge

Extravagant Elegance Plan

Perhaps you would like more help with the planning and design, more elaborate decorations, more food options, etc.  This Plan is perfect to make your dream wedding come true.  Still convenient, lovely, and since it also includes a 4 hour full bar, it is an incredible value at just $130 per person ($150 for guest counts under 75).  Extravagant Elegance adds the following to the Simple Elegance Plan:

    • Extra planning help including three design and detail meetings, emails & phone access, coordinate with other vendors, etc.
    • Seating chart help, table numbers and menu card design help
    • Delicious meal from any of our menu choices with up to two entrée and 3 side options
    • Staffing for plated, family style, or buffet dinner
    • Hor d’oeuvres for your cocktail hour, up to 3 choices of approx.2.5 servings per person.
    • Cake and dessert stands form our inventory
    • Linens, floor length, in your choice of color in polyester or satin with coordinating napkin, upgrades available
    • Specialty linens (2) for your cake table and sweetheart or gift table
    • Special napkin folding options
    • Increased customized and color coordinated Florals
    • Votive candles and dripless candles as needed for your décor plan
    • Full Bar Package for 4 hours including bartender, setups, Signature Drink, and security
    • Champagne Toast (or sparkling cider) for your guests, with a strawberry or sugar rim
    • Sparklers, Ribbons or Bubbles for your Send-off!
    • Complimentary Snack tray of assorted cheeses, meats and crackers and up to 10 drinks for the groom’s room

Bare Necessities Plan

Perhaps you just want a beautiful wedding without a lot of fuss – maybe a very tight budget!, but would sill love to enjoy this time without the stress of doing it all yourself.  Convenient and affordable!, This Plan is similar to the Simple Elegance, but we have omitted any “fluff” to make this as cost efficient as possible at just $43 per person plus the venue and bar (optional.) ($55 for guest counts under 75)

    • Onsite Coordinator: assistance with table layouts, timeline & onsite day-of coordination
    • Complete Setup – tables, chairs, and ceremony and reception décor according to your plan
    • Delicious meal from certain selections of our standard menu
    • White china simple place setting with glassware
    • Staff for buffet service
    • Cake Cutting Service, using plates and forks you provide
    • Customized and color coordinated standard Florals or decor within budget
    • Ivory floor length linens and cloth napkins
    • Access to our inventory of décor items: votives, mini chandeliers, lanterns, candelabras, antique silver pieces, vases, etc.
    • Complimentary Champagne or sprite for Bride & Groom toast (2 glasses)

DIY (Do It Yourself) Plan

Should you choose to use an outside caterer, and/or prefer to do most of the planning/decorating yourself, this Plan could work well for you.

At just $2100 (separately $2400+), it is very popular with the DIY bride and those who already have a favorite caterer or planner.

Do you have your own Planner/Coordinator*? This plan is only $1100. 

Do you have your own Coordinator and Linens*?  You can have all of the remaining items for just $750.

    • *Onsite Coordinator: assistance with table layouts, timeline & onsite day-of coordination
    • *Ivory floor length linens with matching cloth napkins
    • Complete Setup – tables, chairs, and ceremony and reception décor according to your plan

Onsite Services a la carte

Our Plans represent tremendous value, but sometimes a bride and groom just want a few of our services to go along with their other plans, so virtually every service is available a la carte.  Plus, we can provide a variety of other services, such as Rehearsal Dinners, Brunches, Showers… Specialty Drinks, hor d’oeuvres, and more are options.

Bar Service Packages

Thistlewood Manor is fully licensed to sell and serve alcohol for your convenience. Open Bar packages range from just $11-$21 per person including bartender, setups, glassware, and alcohol, providing another great value to your overall spending plan. Our full bar services give couples the option to create a customized menu with their own unique bride and groom signature drinks. Outside alcohol is not allowed to be brought on the premises by State Law.
