I love serving. Generally, I prefer being in the background making sure the food is great or the guests are served, the place is beautiful, organizing, etc. My background is varied with degrees in Accounting and Culinary Arts plus a Wedding Planning Certificate. I’ve worked as CPA, homeschooled my children, and served on many committees through the years. My experience also includes being a waiter, prep cook, caterer, and planning/coordinating weddings, retreats, and more. These opportunities are just part of the amazing path that God has led our family through to open Thistlewood Manor. But the reward is seeing happy people around “my table.” Thistlewood Manor is “my table.” You are my guests. It is my pleasure to serve you and help make your day or event wonderful.
