A Simple Gourmet Pork Dinner
Pork Tenderloin au Poivre, not only sounds fancy and delish, it is! That French word simply means with pepper-lots of it. But it’s tamed by another one of those great white cream sauces that seem intimidating but are really quite easy. To be further balanced with a generous helping of fresh (scratch-made – yes you!) fettuccine pasta.
To this great dish, we will add a wonderful Medley of Vegetables while learning a few knife techniques. All shared with a great glass of wine.
Finally, a refreshing Macadamia Key Lime Pie is sure to cool that peppery dinner, and get us in the pie* making mood.
