The Manor
Our French-inspired manor provides the perfect balance of elegance and intimate comfort for your wedding day. Thistlewood is so gorgeous that you can have a beautiful wedding with minimum event decorating, or as much as your heart desires with its natural neutral tones. Accommodating up to 160 guests inside with a dance floor or 200+ if extended to the patio and lawn, it is intimate enough for even a small dinner party. Beautiful French cane-back chairs and square tables are included for your indoor reception, plus mahogany folding chairs for your outdoor ceremony. Working with you and your planner, it is our combined desire to provide you with a customized, convenient, and delightful wedding day for you and your guests.
Catering choices include our delicious onsite menu options, one of our preferred caterers, or other approved caterers. Be sure to inquire about our quarterly tastings. Please note that our menus are just a small part of what our Chef can create. If you have something in mind that you do not see on our menu, please let us know, and we will be glad to work with you to customize a menu unique to your special event.

The Ballroom
Certainly, no ordinary event space – the grand staircase, amazing chandeliers, and marble-like floors make this a magical place for your wedding reception or wedding ceremony. From 15-160 can be seated here, and still there is space for you and your guests to dance the night away. You will also love the open feel with the gorgeous glass and iron doors leading to the courtyard and gardens.
Most wedding ceremonies are held in our courtyard, but whether due to inclement weather or personal preference, an indoor ceremony can also be a lovely option, and it is easy to flip. See some beautiful wedding reception photos here…
The Courtyard
Looking for an outdoor ceremony? Our unique lawns and gardens are beautiful and continually growing and being developed for your wedding day. The open space allows many personalized options for your ceremony site and/or an outdoor reception. There is plenty of room for tents – whether for the weather, shade, or just because! And don’t forget about the many popular lawn games for your guests.
Dressing
Did you realize that you have the venue exclusively all day long? Arrange for your hair and makeup artists to come here for you and your bridesmaids. Get pampered in this luxurious bridal suite of stunning large mirrors, plush carpet, a full bath, and a private patio. And if you should choose one of our onsite plans, we include some special morning treats for you!
And yes!! We did think of your groom! He and his friends also have a wonderful den, with a full bath and even a TV, in which they can hang out while getting ready for their lovely bride.

A birthday, a graduation, an anniversary, a new baby? Thistlewood Manor could be the event space for you. The ballroom design is such that even small, intimate parties feel special. Small events may qualify for an hourly rental rate. Corporate meetings, galas, and holiday parties are also welcome here.
