Fun Summer Dinner
A Calzone is basically a folded over pizza that apparently originated in Naples, although the dough is a little different. We are going to stuff ours with fresh veggies and cheeses, with the option of some Italian sausage, and a classic Marinara sauce for dipping. A great family meal – even fun to have a build your own night!
Pairing this with another classic, Risotto, with some oven roasted tomatoes will balance out the meal, along with a great glass of wine. Then close it all out with a cool and creamy Fresh Strawberry Pie. (We’re keeping up the pies!*)
Class Cost: $75 per person. Time: 6:00-9:00 pm.
